How long will ye imagine mischief against a man? ye shall be slain all of you: as a bowing wall shall ye be, and as a tottering fence. Psa 62:3 KJV
What do you do when one won’t go down? When you’ve thrown every conceivable insult, mock, and provocation at a man and he still walks upright. When will you begin to ask the question, “how does he keep going?” But you can’t answer this, can you? At least not in the public realm, the broad daylight. Because your deeds are done in darkness, in secrecy among your cohorts, your associates “in the know.” Do you think your deeds are hidden from the One who sees all, knows all, from the beginning to the end? Does the LORD know about your society of schemers, your syndicate of Satan. What is King David talking about in the following verse, the secret counsel of the wicked. After his fall from grace, who was David referring to when he pleaded to the LORD to hide him from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity.
Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity: – Psa 64:2 KJV
Was it his LORD that was keeping him? Yes. It was the LORD, the God of Israel who kept David and so shall the SAME keep me.
You will soon see the praises of God’s people raised up as they witness His mighty hand. That’s just the problem with this world today, no one REALLY believes, or very, very, few. But that is about to change. Because every once-in-a-while God has someone who believes. Not a self-righteous Sunday attendee, but someone who really, really, needs the LORD to make it through a single day, a single hour, a single minute. Then, the power of the LORD is made real. And you can hide your own sins, hide your secret assaults and snares, hide yourselves in your earthly estates, but you can’t hide the Glory of God when He delivers His own out of the hands of the wicked, out of the jaw of the lion, and out of the fiery furnace.
You have now been warned. Repent of your evil ways and turn back to honor, back to truth, back to the fear of the LORD. If you continue on in your secrecies and hiding the destruction of thousands of humans through psychological torture, intimidation, mind/thought weaponry, and many other inhumane and Satanic methods, you will reap the whirlwind.
As the whirlwind passeth, so is the wicked no more: but the righteous is an everlasting foundation. – Pro 10:25 KJV

What is it? What does it mean?
Aren't we all individuals targeted by Satan? Yes, at some point in our lives, usually at a very young age, Satan begins his assault on each of us. He tries to get his grubby little fingers on us as children and does not relinquish his pursuit until we take our last breath.
But actually, a TARGETED INDIVIDUAL has a more precise and particular meaning. In the most common sense, a TARGETED INDIVIDUAL is a person who is--just as the phrase implies--an individual person who is targeted by a union or network of people in a systematic, secret, and conspiratorial way.
If you are not familiar with the term "targeted individual", it is a person who has been “listed” as someone’s enemy and undergoes a degree of assaults, intimidation, mocks, taunts, stalking, and much more. The attacks come from individuals in the person’s daily life ranging from immediate household members to employees and agents of every conceivable sector and organization of society. The reasons some of these TI’s(Targeted Individuals) are “marked” varies, but some are whistleblowers, dissidents, offenders, activists, ex-members, just to name a few. The one thing that most of these TI’s have in common is that they are everyday people, however imperfect, and wish to be left alone. Since the...organization, for lack of a better word, has nothing legally to use against these citizens, they use a tactic that has been around for eons and was described by King David in Psalm 64.
Hear my voice, O God, in my prayer: preserve my life from fear of the enemy. Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity: Who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words: That they may shoot in secret at the perfect: suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not. They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them? They search out iniquities; they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep.
