There is no weather unaffected by man's technology these days. Sure, isolated storms can generate under the right conditions but for the most part, temperature, precipitation, and wind speed is determined by a complex algorithmic super-computer that knows whether you'll be wearing a jacket and gloves, shorts and sandals, boots and scarf, or wind-breaker and umbrella a month ahead of time.
But the greater enemy is mind control.
